WIN FAX logs

How does one store and retrieve logs of faxes recieved and sent. I followed the help function but I believe I am on the wrong track.

Daffy, I thought WinFax has got folders that save outgoing and incoming automatically, what version are you using? I got rid of my 10.0?? because it was way too slow, probably because I was running a Celeron processor.

I am using 10.?.
I guess what I was looking for was an achives folder of a listing of records for all fax actions.
What I have found was a folder that everything is thrown into including fax covers, faxes sent, and recieved, all in no particular order, and no particular date of fax.
actions, worthless to me in terms of liability.
Now it does have its log folders that stores the actual faxes sent or recieved but these folders need to be occasionally emptied.

By the way what Fax program are you using.
