EMR for Surgeons

I tried to search for this but couldn't find it so pardon me if I am rehashing old stuff.

My impression is that most of the EMR's came out of a family practice-type development. Are there any surgeons out there with an EMR they like?

We have been using TurboDoc which is written by a surgeon and includes all notes including op notes, orders, script writing, special reports and scanning of reports and photos, x-rays etc. It requires an investment of time to customize it the way you want, but it is very flexible and flows well for a surgeon.
