General Information About Docsboard
Docsboard.com was created on Feb 26 2004 to help physicians share knowledge. Docsboard.com is run by a group of physicians, on a voluntary basis. The site is non-commercial and although moderated, allows free discussions and exchange of ideas. The site started off with 4 forums, Handhelds, Electronic Medical Records (EMR) Practice Management and Residency Issues on the open part of the website. It has now grown to include forums for discussing Psychiatry, Internal Medicine, Family Practice, Anesthesiology, Cardiology, Obstetrics and Gynecology which are only accessible to Physicians whose licenses have been verified.

Selected non-physician healthcare professionals are allowed to participate in the discussions on the open part of the site, if in our opinion they will positively contribute to our discussions.
